The product’s barcode is scanned and matched to its original data to check its history; it’s like tracking the product’s DNA. In this way, we can ensure complete The North Face authenticity.

Products are then cleaned to factory-grade standards, ensuring the same The North Face quality that you expect from our new products.

Inspection: Round 2

A second round of inspection assigns a repairer, highly skilled in fixing zips, holes, tears, etc to each product. This is to ensure each garment gets the just care and dedication it deserves.

Products are repaired and refurbished to good-as-new The North Face condition. And it’s all in the details. This is a skilled job, that requires dexterity and an eye for the minutiae. 

Finishing

Finishing

The final touches of cleaning, removing wrinkles and loose threads ensure the garment is ready to explore again.

A last quality check on the repair, cleaning and finishing is carried out to be doubly sure the product meets – or even exceeds – our quality standards. Then it’s over to you to continue the journey outdoors.
