1. Versandbedingungen und -richtlinien
Wir bemühen uns, alle Bestellungen für vorrätige Produkte innerhalb von zwei (2) Werktagen zu bearbeiten. Unsere Standardgeschäftszeiten sind montags bis freitags von 8 bis 17 Uhr (MEZ). Der Standardversand erfolgt in der Regel per Kurier. Für Deutschland verwenden wir den Kurierdienst Hermes. Du sollten mindestens drei (3) Werktage für die Standardlieferung einplanen, sobald eine Bestellung von uns versandt wurde. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, einen anderen Spediteur mit gleichen oder geringeren Kosten für die Lieferung deiner Bestellung einzusetzen.

Alle Versandkosten liegen in der Verantwortung des Kunden. Die Versandkosten werden auf deiner Rechnung ausgewiesen und können vor Abschluss deiner Bestellung auf der Checkout-Seite eingesehen werden. Die Versandkosten betragen pauschal 4,35€ pro Sendung. Wir können die Versandorte nach unserem Ermessen einschränken.

Die während des Bestellvorgangs angezeigten Versandkosten unterliegen einer Überprüfung. Die Versandkosten können ohne Vorankündigung geändert werden. Wenn die tatsächlichen Versandkosten höher sind als der in der Auftragsbestätigung angegebene Betrag, werden wir dich vor der Bearbeitung deiner Bestellung über die korrekten Versandkosten informieren. Du hast die Möglichkeit, deine Bestellung dann zu stornieren. Änderungen der Versandkosten wirken sich nicht auf deine Bestellung aus, sobald du die Auftragsbestätigung erhalten hast. Das Eigentum der Produkte geht mit der Lieferung an dich von TRW auf dich über. Sobald wir dir die Produkte geliefert haben, übernimmst du die Verantwortung für diese und für jeglichen Verlust oder Schaden, den sie danach erleiden.

Wir unternehmen alle angemessenen Anstrengungen, um die Produkte innerhalb der auf unserer Website angegebenen Anzahl von Tagen und in jedem Fall innerhalb von 30 (dreißig) Tagen nach der Auftragsbestätigung zu liefern. Alle von uns angegebenen Liefertermine oder -fristen sind jedoch nur eine bestmögliche Schätzung, und wir haften nicht für Verluste oder Schäden, die dir durch eine unvermeidbare Lieferverzögerung entstehen. Sobald die Produkte versandbereit sind, erhältst du von TRW die Tracking-Nummer des Spediteurs, um deine Sendung zu verfolgen. Bei der Lieferung der Waren und vor der Unterzeichnung eines Dokuments, das die Lieferung bescheinigt, musst du die Unversehrtheit des Pakets sorgfältig prüfen und, sollte das Paket beschädigt oder verändert sein, in das Dokument, das die Lieferung bescheinigt, schreiben, dass du dir das Recht vorbehältst, den Inhalt zu überprüfen. Andernfalls kann dies zu einer Haftung für uns führen, für die du verantwortlich gemacht werden kannst.

2. Rückgaberichtlinie
Wenn du mit neuen Produkten, die du auf der Website gekauft hast, nicht zufrieden bist, kannst du deine(n) Artikel innerhalb von 60 (sechzig) Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem du die Produkte erhalten hast, über unser Rückgabezentrum zurückschicken. Die folgende Richtlinie gilt nur für Produkte, die auf unserer Website gekauft wurden.

Bitte befolge die nachstehenden Anweisungen zur Rückgabe der Produkte:
- Verwende das Online-Rücksendezentrum, um den/die Artikel auszuwählen, die du zurückgeben möchtest. Du erhältst dein vorausbezahltes Rücksendeetikett, mit dem du deine Artikel zurücksenden kannst
- Du musst die Produkte unbeschädigt, ungetragen und ungewaschen zurücksenden, mit allen Etiketten und Anhängern;
- wenn möglich, musst du die Produkte in ihrer Originalverpackung zurückgeben;
- Du musst die Produkte innerhalb von 30 (sechzig) Kalendertagen nach dem Datum, an dem du uns über deine Entscheidung, die Bestellung zurückzusenden, informiert hast, an uns zurücksenden
Bitte beachte, dass wir bei der Rücksendung der Produkte prüfen werden, ob sie den oben genannten Rücksendebedingungen entsprechen.

Wenn die Produkte in ihrem ursprünglichen Zustand zurückgeschickt werden, erstatten wir den Gesamtbetrag, der bezahlt wurde, einschließlich unserer Standardversandkosten (bitte beachte, dass die Kosten für spezielle Lieferoptionen nicht erstattet werden) auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode, die für den ursprünglichen Kauf verwendet wurde. Der Rückerstattungsprozess wird eingeleitet, sobald wir die Produkte erhalten und geprüft haben. Bitte beachte, dass es bis zu dreißig (30) Tage dauern kann, bis die Rückerstattung auf deiner Kreditkarte oder deinem Konto sichtbar ist, abgesehen von möglichen Verzögerungen technischer Natur, die wir nicht zu verantworten haben (z. B.: Störungen des Kreditkartensystems).

3. Garantiebestimmungen und Richtlinien für die Rückgabe defekter Produkte
The North Face® Renewed Produkte haben eine Garantie von zwei (2) Jahren auf Material und Verarbeitungsfehler, vorausgesetzt, du meldest uns die Qualitätsprobleme innerhalb eines (1) Monats nach deiner Entdeckung. Bitte bewahre eine Kopie des Lieferscheins für zukünftige Garantieansprüche auf. Diese Garantie gilt für alle originalen The North Face® Renewed-Produkte, die von uns auf der TNF-Website verkauft werden.

Wenn dein Produkt, das unter diese Garantie fällt, aufgrund eines Herstellungsfehlers defekt ist, wird es von TRW ersetzt (sofern ein Ersatzprodukt verfügbar ist) oder eine Rückerstattung gewährt. Die Rückerstattung umfasst den für die Produkte gezahlten Preis sowie die ursprünglichen Versandkosten und alle von dir getragenen Kosten für die Rücksendung der Produkte, sofern du dies schriftlich nachweist. Wir schreiben es der für den ursprünglichen Kauf verwendeten Karte gut.

Nur originale und unveränderte Artikel und Verarbeitung sind abgedeckt. Diese Garantie deckt keine Schäden ab, die durch Unfälle, unsachgemäße Pflege, Nachlässigkeit, normale Abnutzung oder den natürlichen Zerfall von Farben und Materialien im Laufe der Zeit und bei längerem Gebrauch verursacht werden.

Wenn wir begründen können, dass die von dir zurückgesandten Produkte nicht fehlerhaft/beschädigt sind und keine Qualitätsprobleme aufweisen oder aufgrund von Missbrauch beschädigt wurden, hast du keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung und/oder Reparatur und/oder Umtausch. Wir senden dir die Produkte zurück.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

If we reasonably believe that the Products you have returned to us are not faulty/damaged and do not have quality problems, or have been damaged due to misuse, you will not be entitled to a refund and/or repair and/or exchange and we will return the Products to you.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Sale Terms") set out the terms and conditions that will apply to your purchase of The North Face® Refurbished apparel ("Products") products through the The North Face Renewed site powered by The Renewal Workshop BV (the "Website").

PLEASE READ THESE SALE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. BY CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS OF SALE WHEN YOU SUBMIT AN ORDER THROUGH THE SITES, YOU CONFIRM YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE THEREOF.

In these Sale Terms "The Renewal Workshop", "TRW", "we" and "us" means The Renewal Workshop BV – a company subject to the direction and coordination of The Renewal Workshop Inc. - with registered office in Distelweg 78A Amsterdam, NL 1031HH, VAT number NL8604.06.854.B01, company Register Number 75817977 and "you" means you, the customer who purchases Products on the Website. These Sale Terms along with your Order Confirmation constitute the Contract between TRW and you for the supply of the Products. No other terms and conditions shall apply. The Contract cannot be modified unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

A copy of these Sale Terms can be stored electronically or printed by all users of the Website.

1. Order and Acceptance

To place an order for Products on the Sites you must be 18 years of age or over. You will have to select the Products on the Sites, select color (if available) and size, add the items to your shopping bag, check out, and click on the "PAY NOW" button at the end of the checkout page. Before completing the checkout procedure, you will be requested to either register for or log into your Account. Alternatively, you may also decide to proceed as a "guest", without registering and opening an Account.

Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us and we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, refuse to accept your order, including but not limited to cases where:

• we have reasons to believe that the order has been fraudulently submitted;
• you provided us with incorrect information, including without limitation, insufficient or incorrect payment details, incorrect billing information; insufficient or incorrect shipping address or fraudulent information;
• there is an error on the Website relating to the Products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the Products as displayed on the Website;
• the Product that you have ordered is no longer available; or
• we believe that you are under the age of

In the event we have to reject your order, we will contact you at the e-mail address or telephone number that you have provided to us, as soon as possible within 30 days from the date of your order.

After you have placed your order through the Website, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and we will process it as soon as possible. If you do not receive the Order Confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@renewalworkshop.com before you try to place a new order for the same Product.

Please note that the Order Confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. Accordingly, your credit card or other means of payment you have selected will be debited immediately as soon as we send you the Order Confirmation with a link to an electronic invoice. Once the order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation including a tracking number. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to accept your order in whole or in part; in the event of partial acceptance, we will refund your original payment method with the relevant amount.

2. Product availability

TRW is the leading provider of circular solutions for the apparel and textile industry. We work with brands to make the planet healthier by cleaning and restoring products to prevent items from going to landfill or to other environmentally damaging processes.

TRW attempts to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on the Website. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. If a Product offered by TRW is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund. In the event of an error, whether on the Website, in processing an order or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order, and your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order.

We will have the right, at any time, to make changes to the information about Products displayed on the Website, including without limitation information about prices, description or the availability of Products and we may do so without prior notice to you. TRW will revise or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice to customers, and Products may become unavailable to customers even after an order is placed. Changes however will not affect the price, availability or description of any Product for which you received the Order Confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Website and will be confirmed in the order checkout page, in the Order Confirmation as well as in the e-invoice you receive after your purchase. We reserve the right to vary the price of our Products at any time, provided that we will not alter the price of any Product after we send you the Order Confirmation.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, as applicable. Any other taxes and duties (where applicable) are not included and are calculated at the checkout depending on the value of your order.

Shipping charges may apply depending on the shipping destination and will be indicated in the checkout page.

TRW currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, Paypal and Klarna. Please be advised that you may sustain some extra charges imposed by your credit card issuer or by your bank, for which we will not be responsible.

We take all reasonable care to make the Website secure and to prevent frauds. All transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Please however note that we do not store credit cards information as part of providing a secure site. Please note that we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, restrict shipping to certain customers and countries.

4. Shipping terms and policies

We endeavor to process all orders for in stock Products within two (2) business day. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Europe Time (CET). Standard shipping is typically via courier. For Germany we use the shipping courier Hermes, and you should allow at least three (3) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped from us. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed in the checkout page prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are a flat rate of €4,35 per shipment. We may restrict shipping locations at our discretion.

The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your Order Confirmation, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order. Changes to shipping charges will not affect your order once you have received the Order Confirmation.

Title to products passes from TRW to you upon delivery to you. As soon as we have delivered the Products to you, you will become responsible for them, and for any loss or damage to them thereafter.

We will make any reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within the number of days specified on our Site and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the Order Confirmation. However, any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery. Once the Products is ready for shipping, TRW will provide you with the carrier’s tracking number to track your shipment.

Upon delivery of the Goods, and before signing any document attesting delivery, you must carefully check the integrity of the package and, should the package be damaged or altered, you must write in the document attesting delivery that you reserve the right to verify the content. Failure to do so may result in a liability for us, for which you might be held responsible .

5. Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with renewed Products you purchased from the Website, you can return your item(s) within 30 (thirty) days of the day you receive the Products using our [Returns Center,]. The following policy applies only to Products purchased on our Website.

Please follows the instructions below to return the Products:

• Use the online Return Center to select the item(s) you are returning and get your prepaid return label to use to send your item back
• you shall return the Products undamaged, unworn and not washed, with all tags and labels attached;
• if possible, you shall return the Products in their original packaging;
• you shall return the Products to us within 30 (sixty) calendar days of the date you notify us of your decision to return the order

Please note that when the Products are returned to us, we will check they comply with the return requirements set forth above.

If the Products are sent back in their original condition we will refund the total amount paid, including our standard shipping costs (please note that costs for special delivery options will not be refunded) to the original payment method used for the original purchase. The refund process will be initiated as soon as we receive and inspect the Products. Please note that refunds may take up to thirty (30) days from the date that we receive the returned Products to be visible on your credit card or in your account, and save for possible delays of technical nature not attributable to us (e.g.: malfunctions of the credit card system).

6. Warranty Policy and Defective Products Return Guidelines

The North Face® Renewed products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years, provided that you notify us of the quality problems within one (1) month from discovery. Please keep a copy of your delivery receipt for future warranty claims. This warranty applies to all authentic The North Face® Renewed products sold by us on the TNF Site.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, TRW replace it (if a replacement is available) or provide a refund. Refunds will cover the price paid for the Products along with the initial shipping costs and any costs borne by you to return the Products, provided you provide evidence thereof in writing, and will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

We offer customer assistance for any questions related to the use of the TNF Site and/or our mobile application, the placement of an order, the tracking of Products, the availability of Products, the return/refund process, the login/registration process, and any further information you may need in connection with the use of our Website and/or the purchase of the Products. Our customer service is available in English and German.

8. Personal Information

When you place an order through our Website, you will be providing us with your personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the Products ordered and for other limited purposes. Our collection and use of your personal information will be carried out subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. TRW Liability To You

Nothing in these Sale Terms will exclude or limit our liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, breach of Contract or any other liability, which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, we will not be liable to you for any indirect damage, including loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill; any loss or corruption of or damage to data; or any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either our breach of the Contract with you or our breach of our legal duty of care. Loss or damage is "reasonably foreseeable" if, at the time that we and you entered into the Contract for the purchase of Products, such loss was either contemplated by us and you or you notified us that the loss may occur if we breached the Contract or our legal duty of care.

10. Use of Our Website

Your use of the TNF Site is subject to our Sites Terms that you can consult on our Website.

11. General Terms

These Sale Terms and the Contract between you and us is governed by the law of Germany. Either you or we may bring legal actions in respect of any dispute which arises in connection with these Sale Terms and/or the Contract only in the court of Amsterdam (The Netherlands) or the competent court of your habitual place of residence or domicile, as applicable.

If either you or we do not enforce or delay enforcing any of our rights under these Sale Terms and the Contract, this will not stop you or us from doing so at a later date.

If any provision of these Sale Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

No party other than you or us has any right to enforce any term of these Sale Terms and/or the Contract.
